Madem wanted to bring Kosovo's property market online with a platform worthy of the homes it lists. We designed and built it end to end.
It's two products in one. Out front, a public site where buyers and renters browse a curated catalogue of apartments, villas, penthouses and commercial spaces, filter to what they're after, and request a viewing. Behind it, the Madem team runs the business from a full CRM, listings, leads, viewings, offers and deals, with a matching engine that scores every new listing against every active buyer and surfaces the strongest fits on its own.
Together they carry the whole business from a buyer's first search to the closed deal, and browsing property this way feels closer to a showroom than a spreadsheet.
